Quality check processes can be automatically generated at receipt of goods; when being prepped for customer shipments; or at various points in the manufacturing process. When an item lot fails a quality check, it is automatically placed on hold, and follow-up action lists are created so that users can respond accordingly. Best of all, our solution runs right within Business Central and performs well on a tablet on the Business Central mobile app solution, making it possible for your users to perform their activities directly from the shop floor. On mobile, they can also leverage features such as built-in cameras to document reported problems with photos and attach them to the quality check record.
